Store

General Information

- Position: Full-time

What You'll Do?

Coordinate and supervise the quality and tasks of each position in the store
Handle customer complaints and feedback
Manage staff schedules
Support different roles during work shifts
Working hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week (depending on workload)

Who You Are?

Gender: Male/Female
Age: Above 25
Honest, hardworking, and able to commit long-term
Preferably experienced in the service/F&B industry
Strong communication, leadership, and discipline
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and responsible
Own a means of transportatione

What You'll Get?

1 to 1.5 days off per week (flexible schedule)
Lunch allowance provided
Salary: 9 to 12 million VND + Revenue bonus (Negotiable based on experience; annual review based on performance)

Staff

General Information

- Position: Full-time / Part-time

What You'll Do?

Serve customers in the front-of-house area
Introduce and consult customers on products
Understand the checkout process and how to use the POS system
Perform cashier tasks: check bills, print receipts, process payments according to store procedures
Ensure cash collected matches daily sales reports
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Working hours:

Part-time: 5–6 hours/shift, 4–6 shifts/week
Full-time: 6–8 hours/shift, 5–6 shifts/week

Who You Are?

Gender: Male/Female
Age: Above 18
No experience required
Honest, hardworking, and committed long-term
Able to work in rotating shifts
Good physical health and work efficiency
Team player with basic communication skills

What You'll Get?

Full-time: Lunch allowance provided
Salary:

Part-time: 25,000 VND/hour + performance bonus
Full-time: 5 – 8 million VND/month, 1-month probation with full salary
